Dear Parents/Guardians,
As principal it is my duty to inform you of well and unpleasant matters. This is an unpleasant matter. This letter is to inform you that your child academic performance thus far has been unsatisfactory. Your child has scored less than 80% in his/her class work or exam.
If continues to have poor performance it will result in repeating this grade level next year. It is essential that you become actively involved in working with teacher(s) in order to assist in the development of a plan that will hopefully bring about academic success. At this point, a parent/teacher conference is needed, and in the best interest of your child, one is advised. The meetings will be held on Monday, April 4, 2019 for students with last names A-M and Tuesday, April 5, 2019 for students with last names N-Z. There will be 2 sessions. The morning session begins at 9 am and goes until noon while the afternoon session is from 1 pm to 2:30 pm.
